11 | Birth

Birth inevitably leads to death. Every moment of life is a moment towards death. The Buddha says “Beings are the owners of their deeds, heirs to their deeds, their deeds are the womb from which they sprang, they are bound up with their deeds and through their deeds alone they can change.” The life between birth and death brings opportunity to seek wisdom and break the dependence on birth/old age/death/sorrow/grief/despair cycle.
